You add the permit to the cart and upload copies of the client’s licence, passport and personal photo.
- You enter your agency code
You type the permits code in the discount field, enter your client’s name and address as the recipient, and complete payment.
- We issue and ship the permit
The permit arrives at your client’s address, and you follow the order status from your account.

What is the discount rate?
It is set for each service in your agency’s contract, and each service gets a code carrying its rate.
How do I order for my client?
Sign in to our store with the agency account, choose the service, upload your client’s documents, enter the service code, and enter your client’s details as the recipient.
How does my client receive the service?
It depends on the service: paper documents such as the international driving permit are shipped to the recipient’s address, and digital services such as eSIM and e-visas are sent electronically.
How is payment made?
At checkout in the store, using the payment methods available there, after your code’s discount is applied.
Can I share the code with another agency?
No. The code is tied to your agency account and works with no other account. Sharing it cancels it.
My agency is outside Jeddah. Can it join?
Yes. The application, the contract and the orders are all online, and no visit to our office is required.
How do I sign the contract?
Electronically. After your application is reviewed you receive a link to the contract and sign it with no visit and no printing.
When do I receive the codes?
Once both parties have signed the contract, your codes are issued and sent to you with ordering instructions.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No. The decision to grant a visa rests solely with the embassy or the competent authority. Our role is to prepare the file correctly and follow the order. We are an independent private company, not affiliated with any embassy or government body.
